Sometimes, understanding a problem logically is not enough to change how we feel or react.
You may be experiencing
The same inner loop, again and again.
- Obsessive or repetitive thoughts
- Anxiety, fears, or emotional triggers
- Procrastination and avoidance
- Trouble sleeping or switching off
- PTSD and trauma-related reactions
- Low confidence or fear of being seen
- A general feeling of being stuck
What is IEMT?
Integral Eye Movement Technique
IEMT is a practical method that uses guided eye movements, focused questions, and nervous system regulation to work with experiences from the past that are still affecting us today.
When something difficult happens, especially when we do not have the support or resources to fully process it, the experience can remain emotionally active within us.
Even years later, it may continue to influence our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, relationships, and automatic reactions.
IEMT helps the brain update these past experiences, so they no longer create the same level of emotional intensity in the present or keep pulling us into the same repeating cycles and situations.
How it works
We start with what you feel now.
You do not need to know where the issue began, remember every detail, or retell the whole story.
We begin with the thought, fear, reaction, body sensation, or pattern that feels active today. As you follow the guided eye movements, the subconscious mind often brings forward the memories, emotions, images, or beliefs connected to it.
IEMT helps reduce the emotional charge while you stay present and in control. When it supports the process, I may also weave in Internal Family Systems (inner child work) and somatic work, so we can gently meet what the body or younger parts of you are still holding.
- The eye movements can help you drop in quickly, almost like a light trance state, without hypnosis.
- Instead of talking around the feeling, we work with it directly and gently.
- As the eyes keep moving, the emotional weight connected to a memory or pattern can begin to release in the same moment.
The goal is not to erase the past. It is to help your brain and body recognize that the experience is no longer happening now, so the old pattern does not have to keep running your present.
About me
My path into subconscious healing.
My interest in the subconscious actually started when I was around 18, reading Joe Dispenza and becoming fascinated by the idea that what is happening inside of us shapes so much of what we experience outside of us.
But for a long time, I did not know how to actually live that.
I had a pattern of constantly reaching outside of myself to feel good, alive, calm, or fulfilled. After my time in the army, I was living in Tel Aviv, going out a lot, drinking, and trying to find externally what I did not yet know how to create within myself.
Then I went to my first conscious festival, completely without drugs or alcohol, and experienced a kind of joy, connection, and aliveness I did not know was possible. It changed the direction of my life. I stopped drinking and began traveling, studying, and immersing myself in healing work, with one question at the center of it all: How do I create the peace and happiness I am looking for from within?
Over the years, I explored countless tools, trainings, retreats, and modalities. Many helped me understand and manage my emotions, but I was still looking for something that could work more directly with the patterns underneath them.
That is what I found in IEMT.
After living with PTSD-related nightmares and disrupted sleep for around two years, I experienced IEMT myself. After one session, the nightmares stopped. That experience eventually led me to become a certified IEMT practitioner.
Today, I still use this work in my own life, and it remains one of the most powerful tools I have found for creating change at the root. In my sessions, I combine IEMT with somatic work, nervous system regulation, and IFS-informed parts work.
Real experiences
From people I’ve worked with
Everyone’s process is different, but many people notice meaningful changes in how they feel, react, and relate to the issue they came in with.
After one session
Testimonials reflect individual experiences. Results and the number of sessions needed vary from person to person.
What happens in a session?
A structured process, held gently.
We begin by identifying the specific thought, feeling, fear, reaction, or pattern you would like to work on.
You remain conscious, present, and in control throughout the session.

What is the difference between EMDR and IEMT?
EMDR and IEMT are often compared because they both use eye movements, but they are very different methods.
EMDR usually focuses on a specific traumatic or distressing memory. During the process, you bring the memory to mind and work with the emotions, thoughts, beliefs, and physical sensations connected to it. EMDR may use eye movements, alternating hand taps, or sounds.
IEMT can also begin with a specific memory, but it may begin with an emotion, reaction, repeating pattern, or area where you feel stuck.
During IEMT, several connected memories and associations may naturally come up. Depending on the situation, this can bring greater clarity, self-understanding, or compassion. In other situations, it may create more distance from the memory, so it no longer has the same emotional effect in the present.
IEMT can also work with identity-level beliefs about ourselves and the world, including the unconscious conclusions we may have formed from past experiences.
You do not need to retell the entire story or share every detail out loud. IEMT uses specific eye-movement patterns to help reduce the emotional intensity connected to memories, beliefs, and patterns, so they have less influence over how you feel and react today.
What can I work on in an IEMT session?
IEMT can be used to work with many different emotional patterns and automatic reactions, including:
- Anxiety, fear, or emotional triggers
- Difficult or distressing memories
- Repetitive or obsessive thoughts
- Sleep difficulties or insomnia connected to stress, anxiety, or emotional activation
- Procrastination and avoidance
- Low confidence or fear of judgment
- Relationship patterns
- Feelings of shame, guilt, anger, or rejection
- Feeling emotionally stuck
- Reactions that feel stronger than the present situation
- Patterns you understand logically but still struggle to change
You do not need to have experienced a major traumatic event to benefit from this work.
Do I need to know where the problem started?
No. You do not need to know why you feel the way you do or which memory originally created the pattern.
We can begin with what is happening in your life now, such as an emotion, reaction, fear, thought, physical sensation, or recurring situation.
As we work, relevant memories and connections may naturally emerge. Sometimes these are experiences you had not consciously connected to the current issue.
Do you also use parts work or inner child work?
Yes. While IEMT is already powerful on its own, I often combine it with Internal Family Systems, also known as IFS.
IFS is a parts-work approach. It helps us understand the different parts inside us, including protector parts and younger inner child parts that may still be carrying fear, pain, shame, or unmet needs.
In a session, IEMT can help us move through some of the protective layers that usually make inner child work difficult to access. Many people who have felt blocked from connecting with their inner child are surprised by what becomes available during the process.
Can IEMT be done online?
Yes. IEMT can be done online through Zoom.
For an online session, you will need:
- A computer rather than a phone
- A stable internet connection
- A quiet and private space
- A camera positioned at eye level
- Enough lighting for me to clearly see your face and eye movements
Sessions are available in English or Hebrew.
Is IEMT hypnosis?
No. IEMT is not hypnosis.
You remain awake, aware, and in control throughout the entire session. You can speak, ask questions, pause, or stop at any time.
The eye movements are used while you consciously notice certain emotions, memories, thoughts, or physical sensations. You will remember the session and everything that happens during it.
